So, enough of the gloom

So, enough of the gloom and doom and on to... Bill at the movies! Ok, I haven't seen a lot of stuff since the last time, but I just watched Memento (reviews) last night at Jeff & Jennifer's with Erica & Jon and I really wanted to blog about it. It's one of those movies that really messes with your head, like Fight Club or The Sixth Sense. But it wasn't just like those movies, it was quite original. I'm still not even sure I understand everything. I would love to watch it again and try to figure out some stuff. Highly recommended. Last weekend I went with Trevor to ye olde Westgate Theater to see Ben Stiller's Zoolander (reviews). I thought it was kinda funny at the time, but I think it has grown on me as the week has gone by. I'm especially impressed that Stiller wrote, directed and stars in the film, bringing his family along for major roles. In any case, it was a good dumb movie to get out of the house for.
